Totals Solothurn

The totals in column NewConfCases do not match TotalConfCases.

Example Gäu:
Total past 5 days = 8
But TotalConfCases today - TotalConfCases a week ago = 12
I assume relying on TotalConfCases is a save bet. Hard to pin down as there is only the current data on the Kt. Solothurn page.

Looking at the history of the SO districts file, I get the feeling that the SO page isn't 100% consistent. Meaning that sometimes the numbers are updated, but not the date or vice versa.

As an example on 2021-02-23, we had the following changes:
first one: 2c5cee4#diff-658cf07495e47fa6dbe0366e78667b1a4d0dd53dad1b4f873b4232288661ac0b
second one: ded5c5d
Meaning that the first one should have been on 2021-02-23 instead of -22...

I guess adding plausibility checks could be quite tricky.

We are considering, archiving this repo, because there is no activity anymore and it seems, there will be no activity in the future 🤞. Otherwise it can be unarchived if necessary.
Therefore we're checking all open issues. What about this one? Is it still important or can you either close this one as completed or close as not planned? Thank you!
