기본 ACL에 있긴 하나, 특정 사용자(예: 이벤트 우승자)에게만 캡차를 무시하게 할 수 있는 권한이 생기면 좋을 것 같습니다. (기본 Acl이랑 권한 보유 여부 조건 중 하나만 만족하면 캡차 무시)

권한 이름은 ignore_captcha로 해도 나쁘지는 않을 것 같습니다.

*모바일 앱 사용 중이라 설정해두신 양식이 반영되지 않은 점 죄송합니다.

이 기능 추가한 뒤로 나머지 기능(편집, 이동 등등등도 권한으로 쪼갤 예정)
