As a user of workspaces, I want the tracked repositories filter to persist between pages so that I do not have to reselect them every time.

This should be persisted in the querystring instead of component state. For example here are the issues and PR grids in a workspaces activity section.

Notice that when you change grids, the tracked repository filtering is reset.
