Definition should better summarize the benefits of becoming an open organization #21

The document's preamble does a nice job elaborating some benefits of becoming an open organization. At the time of this writing, it lists:

  1. Greater agility
  2. Faster innovation
  3. Increased engagement

Should the definition include additional benefits? We might, for example, consider something like:

At issue here is the question of whether the document's preamble adequately summarizes the reason an organization would wish to embrace open principles.
