This is follow up to #6: Our idea would be to "use / join / create" industry working groups (e.g. at the Eclipse Foundation; but we're also open for alternatives) that foster these principles. Rather than reinventing the wheel we'd simply like to live by these by many members widely accepted and industry-proven guidelines and bylaws.
