  • Banner should appear if (REACT_APP_NETWORK_ID==10)
  • Banner text: NOTE: This UI is provided as a convenience for HAI users. Open Dollar makes no guarantees of service.
  • Banner color: blue (can re-use component from the previous version of the geo-block banner)
  • User should not be able to dismiss the banner
