Codelens disappearing sometimes when switching tabs

If you switch tabs in VSCode, the code lens features seem to break (i.e. only one of the tabs shows the code lens). We need to figure out why this is happening and fix this.

Problem

Code lens disappearing on certain tabs until we force it to refresh (i.e. modifying document). This happens after you have created a new .cdc file.
