Disable "Save" and "Load" button when required input is missing

In the "Save" dialog, the button should probably be disabled when required input is missing or invalid. The same applies to the "Load" dialog.

For example, choosing "Generiv WebDAV" requires a valid URL. If the URL field is empty, or does not contain a valid URL (syntax wise), the Save (and Load) button should probably be disabled.
