Does this error mean that proxy is not being used?

Hello, I am getting the following error when I run a scrape function with a @browser decorator that also has a proxy input parameter sent.

However, it doesn't stop the script from running. Does this error mean that the proxy is in fact not being used? Do you have any suggestions for fixing it?
