Hetergenous behaviour for copying Key/values to multiple images

Hi all,

as discussed on this post when copying key-values to images, if 1 image is selected then the copy button is accessible by default but if multiple images are selected then same button is greyed out. The user has to 1) click on a new Key/value row as if creating a new one and 2) click on the copy button now available.See here for a short video example

This is not blocking but it would seem more intuitive to me to have the copy button always available.
We are still using OMERO.web 5.9.1.

Just got feedback from an OMERO workshop where this was also found to be a problem...
