Update cached remote core if patch file was changed #637

I have some core file which fetches git repository and applies a patch to it. I have noticed that if the patch file content was changed, the core is neither updated automatically nor with "fusesoc fetch v:l:n". Is there a way to track the patch file somehow or at least to force the update?
