The photos found in static/team are mostly unoptimized. For example, the unknown.jpg photo is over 4500px wide. There is also no consistency in photo resolutions and aspect ratio.

The /team page downloads over 14 mb in images, which could be reduced by scaling them down and using tools such as TinyPNG.

Just a minor thing I found while adding my profile :)
