The Ad-Hoc Dependency Updater™️ works, but is missing some things.

Describe the proposed feature.

  • To update an existing PR if it exists, for example after updating .github/dependencies.yml and re-running the tool
  • To check whether an issue is existing an open, and not do anything else
  • Other necessary improvements to be defined
