Organize themes by features

Catalogue themes by features, e.g. by using tags one can select.

For instance, I want to see just the themes that give me (at least) the following components in the prompt:

• time
• last exit code
• current directory
• git branch

Currently I have to go through all the themes and have to infer from the pictures what features they might have. (There isn't even a textual description I can grep.)

Lightweight implementation of this feature:

• organize the themes in a github issue tracker, one issue per theme
• define one label per feature

This would allow me to choose some labels and only see the themes that implement the feature corresponding to that label.
