It's similar to dependencies in *NIX package managers. What I mean is a way to declare plugin dependencies (other plugins), which should be automatically enabled if the plugin is used.
I think, it would be extremely useful feature. For example, there could be some user-defined 'virtual' plugins automatically enabling a bunch of others (i.e. plugin packs).
If you think it's a nice idea, I could implement this.
