Is ieeetr the correct bibtex format? #20

This bib style causes sorting to be based on usage within the document, which is unwieldily for lookup. Recent dissertations (referencing Justin's and Yasmin's) use first-author sort-order instead.

plain seems to be what's used.

It all depends on which journal model we use. If we can find a suitable journal sample we can include that as per #8 and make necessary changes here as well.
