[Enhancement] Future Enhancements to Governance Action Processes and the Engine Host

Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

Outstanding work for the Engine Host:

• The engine host should wait for the start time of a governance action before running the govenrance action service. The start time is passed to the governance service handler but is not not handled yet.
• After loading configuration, the engine host should retrieve all outstanding governance actions assigned to its userId (processingEngineUserId) and start running them if they are outstanding

Enhancements to the choreographer for Governance Action Processes:

• The NextGovernanceActionType relationship could be enhanced to support more options:

  • ability to filter/rename requestParameters passed to the governance service
  • ability to filter/rename governance action targets passed to the governance service
  • ability to kick off a different instance of the governance service for each governance action target of a particular name.

  Once this filtering is in place it is possible to reestablish the accumulation of action targets as a working set throughout the process.
