When I use Odoo:15 2022社区版 (Odoo:15 2022 Community Edition) to print sales settlement documents, the character '门' (door) does not display correctly, and many characters' strokes look strange, as shown in the picture. How can I solve this?

I tried to change the font, but it didn't work. The newly imported font cannot be recognized. Should I upgrade to the 2023 version of Odoo:15?

@marukofj this is for PDF reports?

You may want to check on the core Odoo project at https://github.com/odoo to see if this is mentioned. Have you tested with 16 or 17?

This seems to be a problem with htmltopdf, I tried to change the font but it didn't work. When I hit print in the test environment, I get no response. Upgrading to odoo: 16 or 17 with no fields may not match, I'm in production and I'm worried about data issues.

Ok, so a few things.

  1. This looks like an Odoo issue and looking at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues might be a better path forward.
  2. The pictures you attached appear to be the Web UI not PDFs
  3. You need to help by providing details. You could have attached the screenshots earlier. You have yet to state what language or translation is having issue.
