Hi,
After I updated admin password value reset to default value when restart docker image .

The admin password is maintained in the conf file; mount your own conf file with the "permanent" password there.
If you are looking to make this more "secure", you probably want to disable the DB management tool and set a random admin password at each start - and then only enable the db management when actually needed.
