[ issue or feature? ] Impossible to override a function

Hi,
Iam tried to override a function and I discover that it is impossible on docker?
There is no volume which expose /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/odoo/addons/ ?
Have you got a solution?

Mount your addons into volume /mnt/extra-addons instead.
