Investigate end-to-end performance of initializing WNFS

This might be better transferred to webnative but logging here because this template has a few key points where we init a filesystem and it takes quite a while.

It would be good to be able to have instrumentation that traces an init filesystem request all the way through including timings so we know what parts are slow.
