Improve its battery impact by making it sleep #1

Would like to figure out a way to make it sleep after -

inactivity in the browser window as it will effect the performance and battery
if the video is playing now and is shorter than 8 mins (for the mid video ads we need it to be running during the playback ) but in shorter <8 min videos there are no midroll ads .
