Job waiting on ocluster resource marked as "Build failed" on github #848

Context

It's not clear why the following CI check is marked as having a "Build failed" even though the job is waiting for an ocluster worker.

Step(s) to reproduce

Go to https://github.com/ocurrent/current-bench/pull/438/checks?check_run_id=13718052712
See that the check ❌ EXPERIMENTAL: macos-homebrew-4.14.1_opam-2.1 (failure: Failed: Build failed) is marked as failed
Click on that link to see the job stuck on 2023-07-31 15:44.43: Waiting for resource in pool OCluster

Additional context

Maybe the "Build failed" status on github is the result of a previous run? (as that PR is from May, but the job logs are from July)
