Example of publishing a data model may be in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEC_61400-25 - David Shwarma to reach out to the writers to see how they did it.
Emil to approach standards secretary for support, and whether we can cross-reference electronic resources via a DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
