CHANGES: * Fix TX.Request structure decoding and encoding (introduced in 2.1.4, mirage/mirage-net-xen#110 -- fixed by @palainp mirage/mirage-net-xen#112) -- due to this bug, 2.1.4 is marked as unavailable in opam-repository
