Hello, is there also a plan to be able to migrate from EL9 based distributions such as (AlmaLinux, Rocky, Oracle) to RHEL9?

Hi! I created #860 to see what it would take to support el9 conversions. At the moment it's not in our priority but if you want to help out please do so in the PR!

As for getting el9 conversions to be a supported conversion downstream we don't have plans for that in the near future. We still need to get Alma and Rocky 8 conversions supported
