Wiki / Examples #32

A few example ideas:

I'm considering moving this to 2.0, considering we're pretty close to 2.0 as is as writing a bunch of docs that we would then need to update for the new API might not be preferred. |
A few articles have been written. I'll throw out that we should have 10 for 2.0 alpha release. |
We've hit 10, we should probably have 30 by 2.1. |

We have a number of examples on using oak in the examples directory, but it'd be nice if we had a real webpage you could use to navigate the examples.
At the same time, we want to start populating a wiki for simple code snippets.
Both of these things would be much easier if we could use oak in javascript.
