Is there a way to disable the restore command in the prepare script?

Hi,

In CI pipeline, i'm having the same issue as described in #101
I see changes were made in #785 that add the restore to the prepare script even if it doesn't exist in the package.json file.
It is necessary to run the restore on npm install? there is a way to disable this restore at this stage?
