I find it too patronizing that user has to press "I’ll sleep later" with every reload of the page or subpage over and over. Would be a lot nicer to find a better balance e.g. "I’ll sleep later" -> decision is persistent for 1h (cookie or local storage) ... and during that time nightnight is suspended.
