On a generated exe file it says The NWJS community. Is this how it is supposed to be?

Hi :) This is not how it's supposed to be. However, NW.js does not allow editing of this resource directly. I have to mod my Python version of Resource Hacker to be able to replace the internal file attributes. In the meantime, you can use Resource Hacker to edit the final version of your game to be your actual company name.

Is this allowed to do with it? For example if an application is commercial?

I think it's fine to use resource hacker. It's what I'm going to basically do "officially" with Web2Exe anyways. There's really no reason you shouldn't.
