Migration tutorial from "nw1" to "nw2". Like 0.12 -> 0.13

Because our application can't start, nw.Window.get().appWindow doesn't exists.

There won't be any migration guide as this is a change transparent to applications. Your application should work out of the box after the switch. If it has any issues, please submit bug reports for each of them.

btw, you can use --disable-features=nw2 before those issues are resolved.

Yes, we must use --disable-features=nw2, but how will long these works.
