Highlight not persisting in Screenshots

In previous versions of the Focus add on tool, the focus highlighter was visible in screenshots taken while using the add on. I used this feature as a blind web tester in order to share relevant screenshots with those I was sending bug reports to. As of about two weeks ago, using version 3 of the addon with NVDA 16.3, the highlight would appear visually on screen, but not be replicated in screen shots. I would appreciate a way to bring this functionality back, or at least toggle it, as I found it highly beneficial in my work.
