I just found and installed focusHighlight, and I'm already glad I did. Thanks a lot!
However, I found one problem: When working with external displays where the scale is set to something else than 100%, the highlights are way off. An example is an external 4K high-resolution display set to show everything at 200%. Another example would be a display with 'standard' resolution, but set at a scale higher than 100% for a partially sighted user.
The highlights seem to be slightly off also on external displays set to 100%, but that's a minor issue.
