問題の再現手順

アドオン「フォーカスハイライト(Ver 6.3)」をインストールする
設定 → 設定 → カテゴリ：フォーカスハイライトを開く
任意の設定を変更し、「適用」ボタンを押す
「初期状態に戻す」ボタンを押す
「キャンセル」ボタンを押す
設定 → 設定 → カテゴリ：フォーカスハイライトを開く
「初期状態に戻す」ボタンを押す
「初期状態に戻す」ボタンを押す
「キャンセル」ボタンを押す

期待されること

上記「3.」時点の変更内容がそのまま設定情報として残る

実際に起きること

手順「4.」実行後、「5.」のキャンセルでも元の状態のままであるが(Ver 6.3での修正を確認）、
手順「7.」「8.」の「初期状態に戻す」を２回押したアクションの後、「9.」のキャンセルでも
「初期状態に戻す」の内容が反映されてしまう

システム構成

NVDA 日本語版 2019.1.1jp インストール環境
FocusHighlight 6.3
Windows 10 バージョン 1809 日本語環境
