[Documentation] Suggestion - add some history of the project; and a roadmap

I would like to suggest two changes, if anyone from the core team has time:

(1) Consider adding a short file, perhaps history.md or something like that,
to briefly mention when the project was started; and how (and possibly who).
I think this has a little historic value too, to see the specific dates. I remember
I used to play Ultima many years ago, so it would be interesting to see when
nuvie came out as well.

(2) The other suggestion is to add some kind of roadmap; features that
are "planned" but don't quite work yet. Ideally also as a .md file, and
hosted in the same project here on github. I also like the old layout on the
sourceforge page, but I think github is quite convenient - we could then
navigate towards these files and read them online as-is including any
changes to that file quite easily. The latter isn't as easily possible on
sourceforge I think.
