Option to separate notes into different windows #580

This feature should be useful to create sticky notes on the desktop. They need not to be hidden when the app is hidden.

The user could separate a note by double clicking on the note inside the list view or by right clicking and "open note in a new window".

For example, it will be cool if a user could pin a Kanban board to the desktop, etc...

Might be useful for reference: Cresstone Notes separates notes out into a second window, would be a lovely option to have.
