Delete submission CSVs that are older than two weeks.

Right now the server's disk space fills up regularly and prevents any new submissions from being graded.

Alternate solutions:

Cron job that deletes all submissions every Saturday at 12:00
Save submissions into folders specific to their round number and run a cron job that runs every Saturday at 12:00 and deletes any previous round number folders
