[Bug report] editable install of cocopp fails to find JS files #2228

When cocopp is installed as "editable" during development, the javascript files in the js/ subdirectory cannot be found because they are not copied to the site-packages/cocopp directory.

Steps to reproduce

cd code-postprocessing
../scripts/fabricate
pip install --editable .
cocopp -v AMALGAM\! BIPOP-CMA-ES\!

I cannot reproduce this anymore. Not sure if/what commit "fixed" this.
