Physician Registration: provide a way for the user to update their information

A physician can register by providing their partial details.

Let's say that after 2 days they want to come back and give more data about themselves.

Currently there is no mechanism for that. We need a way for the physicians to edit their data, an interface.

For example, leaving some information out can mean they won't have full access.
