Add citation options to each survey with citation generator

@hazelshapiro need some more detail on this. Does this look like data that is entered by an Admin when creating a survey? Or is it data that's edited by respondents? What new fields would you want? Would there even be any new fields, for example do we generate the citation based on the assigned respondent's profile (name & ORCiD)?

Would the citation look like this as a text field with a copyable button, or more like the GitHub cite interface, or something else?

In that example, the copyable citation is BibTeX, and then below that there's a citation in another standard format. Do you want the citation to be provided in both BibTeX and APA format, for example?
