NX dev-server to support Vite plugins and middleware

We want to use the Builders offered by NX, specifically the dev-server with Vite. However, we have to add additional Vite plugins and middleware but this is not supported by the dev-server builder offered by NX. The dev-server builder offered by Angular does support this.

When we import the executeDevServerBuilder from NX we want to pass it plugins and middleware. When calling the executeDevServerBuilder from Angular we are able to pass in plugins and middleware. Below are the two methods and as you can see Angular has 2 additional parameters which allows you to add Middleware and Plugins.

Angular implementation of executeDevServerBuilder method

Additionally to the feature request will it be possible to expose the executeDevServerBuilder so we do not need to do a deep import in our code?
