Adguard not working on ARM64

• I've read the FAQ and my problem isn't described there.
• I've also searched through the existing issues, and my problem hasn't been brought up

Issue

I want to install Adguard with adguard.xxxxx.com, but it does not open(502 Gateway). (Everything else works)
I noticed that this line was not working in the Docker logs. A check has been made(on download) for the Arm64 version, but it still gives this error.
nohup /opt/adguardhome/AdGuardHome -c /opt/adguardhome/conf/AdGuardHome.yaml -w /opt/adguardhome/work --no-check-update &

• Client OS: Linux
• VPS CPU : ARM64
• VPS OS Ubuntu 22.04
• VPS Provider Hetzner
