how to enable firewall once use a diffrent port?

Hi, I am tried from the FAQ to run wireguard on port 80 or even any other port
it does connect, but it does not forward the traffic or load any page, is there any firewall setting that needs to be done?
I tried in IPtables to allow all udp 80 but did not do the work ( also tried in other port but only the default one works )

Same issue on ubuntu 22.04 with no ports blocked.
