System is blocked after source upgrade until database is updated on System/Software Upgrade page
I get this warning after my installation. I got the latest version from the github.

Environment

Current database version Required 2.4.1 Database structure seems to be not upgraded to current version (0.1)
MySQL version >=4.1 Required 5.7.38 Ok
PHP version >=5.0.0 Required 8.0.30 Ok
Http server type Info Apache/2.4.56 (Debian) Ok
Server system Info Linux Ok

DB:

The DB user has full access to the entire database and all privileges have been granted?
