When the letters "ndra" are rendered as one glyph, the anudatta is overlapping with the half-ra on the right hand side.
For context, the word I am writing is "tadinra" తదిన్ద్ర॒:
It might be fixed by placing the half-ra on the left, like the Mandali font does. (Mandali also suffers from a different overlapping problem.)
I'm not sure how best to provide the Unicode mappings, but one way of recreating the text is by using Aksharamukha

Tiro puts the anudatta under the compound, which I think is the right approach here. I'll try and do that.
