Hi all,

i'm a big fan of cleave but i see it hasn't been updated for quite some time

recently i wanted to make a custom element using cleave but i also wanted to make a few tweaks

therefore i made an es6 port for my custom element
https://github.com/lekoala/cleave-es6

it is merging most of the pending pr as well

@nosir let me know if that's fine for you, i included reference to your original repository and kept the same licence of course
