I think we should close some of the issues in preparation for the JOSS publication. Ideally this would include

Threshold module (Threshold module #242, Threshold enum #307)
Making sure that we know how to get the JIT to interoperate with our default modules (feature: investigate norse module jitting #305, torch.jit.script fails on (time unrolled) norse modules #303)
Fixing the JIT specialisation for LIF (where we hardcoded the super spike surrogate gradient op)

There are probably other issues, so feel free to add here @Jegp.
