I can order some from Stickermule. What do we think? Do we have a design?

I am thinking maybe a snowflake with a subtle "fleure de lise" in the crystal structure, though it may be too generic to be Montreal and says nothing of the summers we have :)

I was thinking the mountain with some skyscrapers in front of it. But a snowflake would also be good! I like the fleure de lise idea.

What's the budget like for getting stickers?
How many would we want?

I can order some of the blue and red hexes for the next meetup.

I'm not sure there is a budget from the organizers. We could pitch in to help, though - I'd be happy to set aside $50 or so towards this. Could Shutterstock help? A few hundred would be good, as we could use this for future events, too. I normally order in batches of 500.

After a core user group emerges, AND after they/you are sure of wanting to support a series of meetings where newbies of all levels of motivation arrive and ask for a listening ear, THEN maybe they/you might want to advertise proudly one's being available for the attention to give to spread the good word and to hear confessions from sinners.

At the 5 Montreal NodeSchool events held so far, I've seen many newcomers because I was the one who had the task of triage, screening them and reformatting their minds so that they could sit with others well, play well with others. Several archetypes were visible. It's a topic for another thread.
