I have been working on a proposal which I have not yet completed to propose this group charter itself for ownership of the package manager space. I know we have had sparse attendance and what not, but was wondering if maybe we could get this on the agenda to just discuss today? cc @lukekarrys @GeoffreyBooth @aduh95
