Test cases need to be written for

Reading user input
Running with all default options on localhost
Running with Watch Tower enabled
Runnign with Redis enabled for caching
Running multiple instances of NocoDB
Properly creating certificate and configuring when SSL is enabled
Showing management menu when running with existing NocoDB instance
